The Upgrade Lounge @ JFK

Marshalls

Marshalls believes the little luxuries should belong to everyone. So during Memorial Day weekend, one of the busiest travel weeks in the year, we opened up a free, premium-style lounge in the middle of Terminal 4 in JFK, the busiest airport of New York — no fancy credit card or first-class ticket required.

My creative role on this project:

  • Collaborated with a cross-functional team to bring this lounge to life

  • Contributed to the experiential design by ideating and designing interior assets and wall installations

  • Art directed and designed the OOH ads, peppered around JFK directing people to the lounge

  • Client: Marshalls | Agency: Edelman | Creative Team: Nancy Zhu, Emily Klammer | Creative Oversight: Dan Licht | Production Partners: DEYAN Design
