The Upgrade Lounge @ JFK
Marshalls
Marshalls believes the little luxuries should belong to everyone. So during Memorial Day weekend, one of the busiest travel weeks in the year, we opened up a free, premium-style lounge in the middle of Terminal 4 in JFK, the busiest airport of New York — no fancy credit card or first-class ticket required.
My creative role on this project:
Collaborated with a cross-functional team to bring this lounge to life
Contributed to the experiential design by ideating and designing interior assets and wall installations
Art directed and designed the OOH ads, peppered around JFK directing people to the lounge
